What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Clinical Development Manager?

To thrive as a Clinical Development Manager, you need a solid background in clinical research, project management, and regulatory compliance, typically supported by a life sciences degree and relevant industry experience. How does a Clinical Development Manager typically collaborate with cross-functional teams during a clinical trial?
