We are currently seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our dynamic Functional Healthcare Team. As a Business Development Manager, you will possess a natural "Hunter" mentality and is gifted at building relationships with medical providers, developing and executing sales strategies to meet quotas, managing and building a territory, and gaining in-depth product and market knowledge.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a Business Development Manager who has a natural "Hunter" mentality and is gifted at building relationships with medical providers, developing and executing sales strategies to meet quotas, managing and building a territory, and gaining in-depth product and market knowledge. Key duties involve prospecting new clients, presenting and demonstrating product value and services, managing a sales pipeline, and analyzing sales data. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, have strong communication and business acumen, and often have previous sales or medical experience.
Territory:
Southwest DFW- key markets Midlothian, Mansfield, Arlington, Burleson, and surrounding cities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Identify potential customers, through cold calls, networking, referrals, and inbound inquiries.
Research market trends and customer needs to target the right audience.
  • Customer Engagement:

Initiate contact with prospects and maintain communication throughout the sales cycle.
Present and demonstrate product or services that tailor towards the customer needs.
Answer questions, provide customer service, and handle customer objections professionally.
  • Sales Execution:

Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas on a monthly, quarterly, annual timeline.
Track sales activities using CRM tools and maintain accurate records.
  • Relationship Management:

Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Follow up and provide constant communication to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
  • Product knowledge & Training:

Stay updated on service features, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Collaborate with marketing and clinical team to refine message and feedback.
  • Reporting & Strategy:

Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
Contribute to sales strategy by sharing insights from customer interactions.
