This is a remote position.

Paradigm is seeking a Client Services Project Lawyer to support a global legal industry client. This role focuses on completing assigned tasks accurately and on time, handling consumer-facing discussions with professionalism and empathy, and serving as an escalation point for issues that fall outside standard processes. The Specialist will work closely with internal teams, project managers, and clients to ensure high-quality work, meet deadlines, and uphold a strong client-focused approach.

Type: 1 year contract
Pay: $30.00 per hour

As a Client Services Project Lawyer you will:
  • Respond to complex inquiries from customers and clients across a variety of communication methods, including phone, email, and written correspondence
  • Adhere to standard protocols, procedures, and instructions from the Project Manager and Supervisors, as well as implementing feedback as required.
  • Work effectively in a highly collaborative environment with a variety of business partners
  • Create, monitor, and update scripting and procedures for claims and correspondence teams to ensure the work they are doing is furthering the goals of the project
  • Assist the supervisor or PM in resolving any issues that might arise Monitor the overall health of the case by identifying any errors and creating solutions for resolution

Requirements
Our skills and experience wish list includes:
  • JD from an accredited US law school or foreign law degree and LLM is required
  • Experience in areas such as fraud analysis, compliance analysis, conflict resolution, education, hospitality, or other transferable professional backgrounds
  • Strong customer service skills, including empathy, phone etiquette, and complaint de-escalation
  • Flexible and customer service focused
  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences clearly
  • Ability to handle changing or competing priorities to support business needs
  • Excellent computer skills, exceptional planning and organizational skills, critical thinking and a keen attention to detail are all required
  • Experience with MS Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
Assignment lengths are estimated based on the expected load or scope of work. There is a possibility that the work may last longer or finish sooner than anticipated. If the work extends beyond the expected duration, we may extend the assignments based on quality and productivity. Conversely, if the work concludes earlier, we will attempt to find alternative assignments for the client. However, if we are unable to do so, the assignment will come to an end.
