Job description

Client Services Representative

At Rocky Mountain Reserve our Client Services Team is the backbone of our company! You would play an integral role in the success and growth of our company and the retention and reputation of our company to our clients. As a Client Services Representative you will be responsible for assisting participants via inbound calls with their benefits account such as FSA, HSA, or COBRA insurance.

We are an inbound customer service team with no sales involved. We focus on assisting and problem solving for participants. We are looking for reps who display great communication skills and have a positive, goal-oriented attitude to join our team. We want someone who is willing to go above and beyond for our participants and help to provide them with solutions and answers.

We are open from 8:00am-5:00pm Monday through Friday. Closed on major holidays and all weekends.

This is an in person position

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

  • Customer Service Experience (preferred)
  • Have a strong understanding of the importance of Customer Service and how to be effective at it.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Bring a positive attitude to work with you
  • Comply with federal and state HIPAA laws as well as company policies and procedures
  • Quick to learn new computer environments, and able to easily navigate multiple software systems.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, and are an amazing listener

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer and assist inbound calls
  • Respond and communicate with participants via email, phone, and live chat.
  • Provide exceptional customer service in a professional manner
  • Collaborate with coworkers to solve problems and assist participants
  • Communicate with Management in a timely and professional manner
