We've proudly served the Mundelein, IL community with exceptional small animal care for decades, and we're seeking a Client Service Representative (CSR) with 1-2+ years of experience to join our team.

Our culture is uniquely ours: collaborative, supportive, and community-driven.
Fear-Free Philosophy
We prioritize low-stress, fear-free interactions for pets, clients, and staff.
Team Engagement
Quarterly team outings, volunteer events, and community sponsorships (like the local Pet Parade!) help us stay connected and energized.
What You'll Be Doing
Client Experience & Communication
  • Be the first and last impression for our clients; providing compassionate, knowledgeable, and friendly service.
  • Educate clients on preventive care, wellness plans, services, and follow-up care.
Scheduling & Sales Support
  • Schedule appointments efficiently while identifying opportunities to book same-day or future care.
  • Confidently discuss and recommend services, products, and treatment plans.
Hospital Support
  • Manage phones, emails, and in-person check-ins with professionalism and empathy.
  • Collaborate closely with technicians, doctors, and leadership to keep the hospital running smoothly.
Team Leadership & Growth
  • Assist in training or mentoring new CSRs if you're interested in leadership.
  • Contribute ideas to improve workflows, client experience, and front-desk efficiency.
What We're Looking For
  • 1-2+ years of experience as a Client Service Representative, receptionist, or similar client-facing role (veterinary experience preferred).
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • A self-starter who enjoys learning, growing, and being part of a team.
  • Compassionate, organized, and comfortable discussing pricing, services, and treatment plans with clients.
Compensation: $16-19/hr
Benefits
  • PTO
  • 7 Paid Holidays
  • Uniform allowance
  • CE and training opportunities
  • Employee discounts on pet care
