As a Client Access Representative, you'll play a critical role in welcoming clients, maintaining accurate records, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and supporting a smooth and efficient front office experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check-in clients, verify and update personal and insurance information

  • Schedule clinician appointments and verify client benefits and eligibility

  • Collect payments, issue receipts, and maintain financial documentation

  • Handle appointment changes, no-shows, and cancellations in accordance with policy

  • Answer phone calls, direct inquiries appropriately, and return messages as needed

  • Prepare and manage client health records to ensure accuracy and completeness

  • Maintain appearance and organization of the waiting area

  • Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) system effectively and accurately

  • Support service monitoring and quality improvement efforts

  • Assist clients and staff in resolving issues during visits with professionalism and empathy

Education and/or Experience Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Previous customer service experience preferred

Additional Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Ability to manage stressful situations with professionalism

  • Basic computer and typing proficiency

  • Reliable transportation to assigned location
