At Countryside Animal Hospital, we are a small animal practice dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality veterinary care. Our team prides itself on excellent client communication, strong attention to detail, and creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for every visit.

We're looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Client Service Representative to join our growing team and serve as the first impression of our hospital.

About You

You're someone who loves connecting with people, stays calm under pressure, and brings positive energy to every interaction. You enjoy multitasking, solving problems, and being part of a collaborative team.

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience (veterinary experience a plus)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle fast-paced environments and emergency situations with professionalism

  • Comfortable with computers (Microsoft Office, email; AVImark a plus)
  • Experience with payment processing and basic financial transactions
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset

What You'll Do

  • Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage phone calls, scheduling, and front desk workflow
  • Support client education and ensure clear communication
  • Handle payments and maintain accurate records
  • Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized hospital
  • Work collaboratively with the medical team to support patient care

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday: 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 7:30 AM - 1:30 PM (occasional rotation)
