📍 Location: Tempe, AZ

🕒 Schedule: Full-Time | 4 Days Onsite

📄 Contract: 6-Month Contract (Potential for Extension/Conversion)

💲 Pay: 18.00/Hour


We are seeking Client Representatives to join a fast-paced, candidate support call center team in Tempe, AZ. In this role, you will play a key part in helping job candidates successfully navigate the hiring process by providing exceptional support and removing barriers that may delay onboarding.

What You’ll Do

Manage inbound and outbound communications with candidates via phone, email, chat, and SMS

Support candidates through virtual pre-hire appointments

Resolve technical and process-related issues impacting candidate progression

Escalate and manage candidate concerns with urgency and professionalism

Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring journey

Perform administrative and operational support tasks as needed

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance hiring processes

What We’re Looking For


✔ Strong customer service or call center experience
