Position Summary

MBI Direct Mail + Digital is seeking a driven Client Growth Specialist to help expand our client base throughout the region. This is a true hunter sales role focused on prospecting, developing new business, and introducing businesses to customized marketing solutions that generate real results.

You'll work directly with business owners and decision-makers, selling a full suite of direct mail, print, data, and digital marketing services while building a strong pipeline of opportunities. Backed by marketing support, experienced leadership, and an in-house production team, you'll have the resources needed to succeed while enjoying significant earning potential.

What You'll Do
  • Prospect and develop new B2B business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and relationship building.

  • Meet with business owners and decision-makers to understand their marketing goals.

  • Sell customized direct mail, print, data, and digital marketing solutions.

  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM software.

  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and pricing recommendations.

  • Negotiate and close new business opportunities.

  • Collaborate with internal production and marketing teams to ensure successful campaign execution.

  • Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals and revenue targets.

  • Proven track record of prospecting, developing relationships, and closing new business.

Compensation, Benefits & More

Annual Compensation: On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $120,000โ€“200,000+ , including base salary plus commission.
