Quintessa Marketing is seeking a Growth Manager to serve as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of law firm clients. This role is responsible for protecting and growing existing client revenue through strategic relationship management, performance analysis, retention initiatives, and expansion opportunities.

The Growth Manager acts as the CEO of their assigned book of business, owning client retention, revenue growth, client satisfaction, and long-term partnership success. This individual must be highly consultative, data-driven, proactive, and capable of building executive-level relationships with law firm owners and decision-makers.

This is not a customer service position. This is a revenue-generating role responsible for managing and growing multimillion-dollar client portfolios.

Core Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary strategic contact for assigned law firm clients.
  • Build trusted relationships with managing partners, firm owners, and executive stakeholders.
  • Conduct recurring business reviews and strategic planning sessions.
  • Lead client communications regarding performance, growth opportunities, and business objectives.
  • Maintain consistent communication cadence across all assigned accounts.

Revenue Growth & Expansion

  • Identify opportunities for budget increases and fund additions.
  • Recommend new market and state expansions.
  • Develop account growth strategies for each assigned client.
  • Present data-driven recommendations that support increased investment.
  • Drive expansion revenue through consultative selling and strategic planning.

Client Retention

  • Monitor account health and proactively identify potential churn risks.
  • Develop and execute retention plans for at-risk accounts.
  • Partner with internal departments to resolve client concerns quickly and effectively.
  • Maintain strong client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Strategic Account Management

  • Review account performance and identify trends.
  • Interpret reporting and performance data to provide actionable recommendations.
  • Facilitate monthly and quarterly business reviews.
  • Create and maintain 90-day growth plans for assigned clients.
  • Forecast account growth opportunities and potential risks.

Internal Collaboration
