The primary business owner. The Director is accountable for client growth, retention, commercial execution, and orchestrating cross-functional teams to meet revenue goals.

Role Expectations (The Mandate)

  • Client Journey Engagement: strengthens senior client relationships and ensures client understands the value Ansira delivers to their business

  • Commercial Ownership: drives weekly organic revenue growth; owns account plans, renewals & retention

  • Pipeline Generation: executes the 6 Growth Levers (Module Expansion, LMA, Co-Op, etc...) on cadence

  • Forecast Discipline: ensures strict pipeline visibility, forecast accuracy & CRM hygiene

  • Business Review Narrative: owns the strategic executive story

  • Whitespace & Risk ID: Proactively identifies growth opportunities & risks weekly

Business Impact (The Commercial Why)

  • Converts whitespace into closed-won revenue; secures renewals

  • Drives gross pipeline to hit portfolio targets

  • Mitigates account risk early to protect forecast
