Job description

Wake Forest / North Raleigh, NC | 100% Commission | Uncapped Income

We are looking for a driven, relationship-focused Client Growth Manager to support the growth of our non-medical home care agency throughout Wake Forest, Rolesville, and North Raleigh.

This is a 100% commission, uncapped sales opportunity designed for a true hunter who enjoys building relationships, generating new business, and being rewarded for results.

What You'll Do

As a Client Growth Manager, you will:

  • Develop new referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, senior living communities, attorneys, care managers, and other senior-focused professionals

  • Build relationships with families who need private-duty home care

  • Prospect through phone calls, networking, community outreach, and in-person visits

  • Generate and convert qualified home care opportunities

  • Follow up consistently and close new clients

  • Nurture client and referral relationships

  • Build and manage your own protected book of business

  • Maintain accurate activity and relationship information in our CRM

Your Territory

Our initial territory includes:

27587 | 27571 | 27614 | 27615 | 27609

We are intentionally limiting the number of Client Growth Managers in the territory so each manager has the opportunity to build a meaningful protected book of business.

The relationships you develop are part of what you build.

Compensation

100% Commission — Uncapped

Our compensation plan is designed to reward you for both new business and long-term relationship growth.

You will earn:

  • New client start bonuses based on the amount of care generated

  • Ongoing commission tied to the gross margin of the clients you develop

  • Additional performance incentives for high-volume cases and strong production

  • Opportunity for residual income from your established book of business

There is no commission cap.

The more business you create and the stronger your book becomes, the greater your earning potential.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

  • Loves to hunt for new business

  • Is comfortable making cold calls and asking for the sale

  • Builds relationships naturally

  • Is persistent, competitive, and self-motivated

  • Has excellent follow-up skills

  • Can work independently and manage their own territory

  • Is motivated by uncapped earning potential

Home care or healthcare sales experience is a plus, but not required. We will consider successful sales professionals from industries such as medical sales, insurance, real estate, senior living, financial services, staffing, and B2B sales.

The Opportunity

This isn't a traditional sales job where you simply receive leads and work a pipeline.

You will build your territory, your relationships, your clients, and your book of business.

If you're a true sales professional who wants your income to reflect the results you create, we'd like to meet you.

Apply today and tell us why you're the right person to build our presence in this market.
