Job description

New York City, New York | Full-time | On-site, 5 Days per Week

We are seeking a Client Growth Manager – Paid Media & Performance Marketing to own strategic relationships with high-growth clients across paid media and performance advertising.

The Opportunity

This role combines senior client ownership, performance-marketing expertise, commercial growth, and strategic account leadership. You will own a portfolio of clients while coordinating internal creative and media resources to improve performance and expand account value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own client relationships end to end, including recurring meetings, strategic reviews, and QBRs.
  • Oversee annual paid-media budgets ranging from approximately $5M to $50M.
  • Develop growth strategies centered on creative performance and paid media.
  • Translate performance data into clear strategic recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities to increase media efficiency, account scale, and client investment.
  • Work across funnel strategy, signal quality, offer testing, measurement, and creative performance.
  • Partner with creative and media teams to convert insights into execution.
  • Proactively identify and develop account-expansion opportunities.
Required Qualifications
  • 4 to 8 years of relevant paid-media, growth, account-management, or client-facing marketing experience.
  • Deep expertise with Meta advertising.
  • Experience managing accounts with seven-figure annual media budgets.
  • Demonstrated ownership of strategic client relationships.
  • Strong commercial, sales, and business-development instincts.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to connect performance data with business recommendations.
  • Excellent presentation and client-communication skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
Preferred Experience
  • Agency and/or consumer application experience.
  • Knowledge of TikTok and Google paid-media ecosystems.
  • Understanding of mobile advertising measurement, including SKAN, AEM, MMPs, and related systems.
Candidate Profile

The strongest candidate is not simply a relationship manager. This role requires someone who can both protect and grow client accounts, proactively identify commercial opportunities, and communicate credibly with sophisticated growth teams.

Work Arrangement

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Manhattan, New York City, with an in-office expectation of five days per week.
