Overview of the role:

InMobi is seeking a passionate, ambitious, and driven Senior Manager, Client Growth, to leverage their brand and agency expertise within a global omni-channel advertising technology leader โ€” powered by our rapidly growing owned-and-operated media footprint (Glance in the mobile and CTV environments) and our omni-channel programmatic business (InMobi Exchange).

In this role, you'll own and grow a book of business worth $25MM+ annually, driving partnerships and revenue growth across a portfolio of top advertisers and their agency partners. Beyond client management, you'll play a meaningful role in shaping InMobi's go-to-market strategy and execution across North America โ€” making this a high-visibility opportunity to drive impact at scale.

You'll join a high-performing, collaborative team of Client Growth Managers committed to nurturing InMobi's fast-growing relationships with leading brands and agencies.

*This role is based on-site in our NYC office. Some travel may be required for client meetings and events as needed.

The impact you'll make:

As a Senior Manager, Client Growth based in New York, you will be responsible for driving partnerships and revenue growth across a portfolio of advertiser clients through ad experiences that drive business outcomes. You'll also play a critical role in shaping InMobi's go-to-market strategy and execution in North America.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Building, advising, and growing relationships with media account teams at agencies and working directly with brands to ensure long-term success and adoption of InMobi's suite of products (including Glance CTV, Glance mobile lock screen, and InMobi Exchange).
  • Leveraging deep market knowledge of the ad tech ecosystem and InMobi's unique value propositions to expand opportunities with existing clients.
  • Cross-selling and up-selling across InMobi's portfolio, identifying new revenue opportunities and bringing them into the broader platform ecosystem.
  • Demonstrating a strong point of view by developing and sharing GTM strategies both internally and with clients.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, business operations, and other internal teams to align solutions with client needs.
  • Monitoring campaign performance across your client portfolio and using data-driven insights to drive retention, renewal, and upsell conversations with confidence.
  • Acting as a conduit between the market and InMobi's internal teams โ€” surfacing client feedback, competitive signals, and emerging trends to help shape product positioning and go-to-market strategy.
  • Representing InMobi externally at industry events, upfronts, and conferences, strengthening the brand's presence within the broader advertising community.
  • Drawing on your experience with top-tier brands and agencies to mentor teammates and help shape how the broader team approaches high-value client relationships.

The experience we need:

  • Bringing 8+ years in advertising sales with major brands and agencies in the CTV and/or omni-channel media space, alongside 5+ years in programmatic advertising technology โ€” with hands-on experience at an online/CTV publisher, ad network, ad exchange, ad server, DSP, or similar platform.
  • You have a deep understanding of client challenges, a track record of delivering innovative, results-driven solutions, and a consistent history of exceeding revenue goals.
  • You're a quick study who can confidently articulate the technical value of InMobi's products and translate complexity into clear, compelling narratives for clients.
  • You're seen as a trusted advisor โ€” someone clients turn to for candid guidance, and who builds long-term relationships rooted in transparency, credibility, and genuine partnership.
  • You're naturally ambitious and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic, and sometimes ambiguous environments, bringing an entrepreneurial mindset and high energy to everything you take on.
  • You're an analytical thinker and strong storyteller who's comfortable digesting complex data and using insights to uncover hidden opportunities and influence client strategy.
  • You're a proactive problem-solver who identifies client challenges early and collaborates cross-functionally to develop effective, lasting solutions.
  • You're inquisitive, adaptable, and eager to grow โ€” always looking for ways to contribute, take initiative, and raise the bar for yourself and your team.
  • BA/BS degree in a relevant discipline is required; an MBA or master's degree is a plus.
