Job Summary
  • Facilitates finance activities for a company. They typically process payments towards the balance on customer accounts using Bank Lockbox or other payment sources. Other duties may include deciding whether to accept a request for credit and ensuring there's a process for resolving problems.
  • The role has dual responsibilities in the Lockbox area and with Mailroom activities. The candidate will assist with mailroom activities once they have completed lockbox each day.

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Verifies accuracy of invoices and cash payments.
  • Research cash outages and recommend changes as necessary based on volume.
  • Works with vendor and internal technical support on all systems related issues
  • Reviews and tests all systems changes.
  • Completes monthly reporting.

Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of communication and decision-making skills
  • Knowledge of Cash Management software systems
  • Ability to manage high volume transactions.

Education and Experience:
  • Associate degree is desired.
