Position: Business Development Manager

Job Overview
We’re looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in expanding our business by identifying and engaging potential clients in the field. Your ability to build strong, lasting relationships, coupled with your knack for uncovering opportunities, will directly contribute to our growth and success. Responsibilities
  • Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Conduct field visits, attend networking events, and engage in community outreach to generate leads and
  • uncover potential clients.
  • Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Establish trust and rapport with prospective clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met with tailored solutions.
  • Close Sales Deals: Use your persuasive skills to convert leads into clients, consistently achieving or surpassing monthly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Partner with Talent Acquisition Managers and other sales team members to ensure seamless communication and transition of client information.
  • Monitor and Report on Sales Activities: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress using our CRM system.
  • Provide Feedback: Share valuable insights to help refine strategies and improve lead generation efforts.
