Job description

Client Care Coordinator/CNA Supervisor

Building in-depth relationships within the community is one of the greatest rewards that comes from working in the home-based care sector within the healthcare field. We are looking for an office team member with caregiving experience to join our growing team and help to bring our unique care philosophy to life. The Client Care Coordinator/CNA Supervisor will offer support to the administrative assistant and area manager with office tasks dealing in, client scheduling, shift emergencies, and clerical maintenance. The Client Care Coordinator/CNA Supervisor will also need to be willing to take on any caregiving shifts that may arise. The Client Care Coordinator/CNA Supervisor will provide support to the caregivers throughout their area. This includes but is not limited to covering shifts, providing support for office staff, and help with trainings. This job will require working during the hours of 8 am to 5 pm Monday-Friday. Work hours may be subject to change depending on shift coverage or trainings.

Job Responsibilities: Your role in this job will be to work directly with the Administrative Assistant and Area Manager to provide quality care to your community through office clerical work, caregiver trainings, HR support, patient charting support, and client scheduling which includes communicating directly with patients and caregivers to clearly define the dates and times their visits will occur. The Client Care Coordinator/CNA Supervisor will also be responsible in reporting any issues with patients or caregivers and be involved in problem solving and creating solutions under the direction of their supervisor.

Job Requirements: Great communication skills, a current CNA certification preferred, two years of caregiving experience preferred, valid driver's license, legal and working vehicle, COVID-19 vaccine preferred.

Responsibilities: Scheduling, confirming caregiver shifts, managing schedules for caregivers and clients, reviewing shift care notes, office clerical work.

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour.

Benefits: 401(k), dental insurance, flexible schedule, health insurance, paid time off, vision insurance.

Compensation: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour.
