Full-Time | Riverside, CA (In-Person)

Interwoven Family Wealth, a Private Wealth Advisory Practice of Ameriprise Financial, is seeking a Client Concierge to join our client-focused team. This in-person role is ideal for someone with a hospitality or high-touch client service background who can serve as a brand ambassador and elevate the overall client experience. The Client Concierge will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless service, proactive support, and a welcoming experience for every client visit.


Position Overview
The Client Concierge will support the practice by managing client interactions, coordinating in-office experiences, and assisting the advisory team with operational and service needs. We are seeking a detail-oriented, personable professional who thrives in a high-touch, relationship-focused environment and is committed to providing an exceptional client experience.


Key Responsibilities
Client Experience & Relationship Management

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors in the office, ensuring a professional and warm environment
  • Manage scheduling and coordinate client meetings and appointments
  • Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits
  • Provide concierge-style service, anticipating client needs and delivering timely solutions

Operations & Administrative Support

  • Support the advisory team with meeting preparation, document organization, and follow-up
  • Assist with practice workflows, including client communications and coordination of special initiatives
  • Help maintain accurate client records and CRM updates

Practice & Brand Support

  • Serve as a brand ambassador for Interwoven Family Wealth, representing the practice with professionalism and warmth
  • Support marketing, client events, and in-office initiatives to enhance the overall client experience
  • Oversee the firm’s digital presence by managing website updates and social media activity, ensuring consistent branding, timely content, and a professional client-facing image.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in hospitality, guest services, client-facing roles, or similar high-touch service environments
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organized with excellent time-management abilities
  • Professional demeanor with a commitment to client satisfaction
  • Ability to work on-site in Riverside, CA

Preferred Experience (Not Required)

  • Experience in financial services, wealth management, or advisory office environments
