Job Description

We are seeking a professional and guest-focused Concierge to join our team at Quercus in Gay, United States. As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met with efficiency and care. This role requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences while managing multiple requests simultaneously.

  • Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and warmth, providing assistance with inquiries and requests
  • Manage and coordinate a variety of guests requests, including reservations, transportation arrangements, dining, and activity planning
  • Respond promptly to phone, email, and in-person inquiries, ensuring all requests are documented and prioritized appropriately
  • Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and partners to fulfill requests and resolve issues
  • Maintain detailed records and databases of guest preferences, requests, and service history
  • Troubleshoot and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and empathy, escalating complex issues when necessary
  • Manage schedules and calendars to optimize service delivery and ensure timely follow-up on all requests
  • Perform administrative tasks including correspondence, data entry, and report preparation
  • Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and discretion in all client interactions
