PURPOSE/SUMMARY

The Holbrook Center for Healthy Living (HCHL) Concierge Club Ambassador is an ambassador of personalized experiences, serving as both the primary front-of-house host and a dedicated sales driver for the Holbrook Club Membership program. This dual-role position is responsible for greeting clients, managing appointments using spa software, providing detailed information on services and amenities, and actively introducing and selling Holbrook Club Memberships to all public clients of the spa, salon, and local community.

In addition to maintaining a pristine spa environment and delivering five-star client care, the Concierge Club Ambassador engages in targeted outside marketing, outreach, and local networking to convert prospective public clients into long-term Holbrook Club members. They represent the elegance, attention to detail, and luxury standards of The Spa at Holbrook, inspiring confidence and raising the bar of service delivery daily.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Holbrook Club Membership Sales & Marketing

  • Public Client Conversion: Actively engage and educate all public spa, salon, and wellness clients on the features and benefits of the Holbrook Club Platinum and Gold Memberships.
  • Sales Pipeline & Lead Generation: Capture inquiries from public clients, manage lead follow-ups, conduct campus/facility tours, and guide prospective members through the enrollment process.
  • Outside Marketing & Community Outreach: Represent Holbrook at local community events, networking groups, business associations, and neighborhood functions to promote Holbrook Club Memberships to external audiences.
  • Promotional Campaigns: Partner with management to execute targeted membership drives and leverage digital/print collateral for outreach.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for new Holbrook Club enrollments, retail, gift cards, and upgraded service packages.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate directly with the Membership Director to align sales strategies, transition completed inquiries, and track membership growth.

Luxury Client Relations

  • Deliver anticipatory service—predicting client needs before being asked.
  • Follow Holbrook’s Three Steps of Service: Greeting, Anticipation, and Fond Farewell.
  • Warmly greet clients at the Center for Healthy Living Concierge desk, offer a personalized welcome, and ensure total comfort throughout their visit.
  • Answer phone calls and inquiries for all profit centers within the HCHL promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of all HCHL services, Holbrook Club tiers (Platinum vs. Gold benefits), dining outlets (Off The Rails, Zinnia Cafe), hours of operation, and community standards.
  • Offer complementary services and upgrades that elevate client experience.

Appointment Management & Administration

  • Book, confirm, and manage spa treatments, salon, wellness, and fitness appointments using Mangomint software.
  • Process client payments, membership dues transactions, and accurately manage guest records.
  • Answer emails, process inquiries regarding pricing, availability, and membership structures.
  • Utilize all downtime and non-client-facing time to drive alternate revenue streams, place outbound sales calls, and perform outreach.

Operational Support & Facility Care

  • Maintain a pristine, organized, and polished HCHL, salon, and spa environment. Ensure no food or drinks are on the Concierge desk.
  • Offer beverages/refreshments and build rapport with clients in the waiting area, maintaining refreshment stations throughout the day.
  • Notify service providers immediately upon client arrival.
  • Follow up with the specific HCHL Director on all client feedback, comments, and concerns.
  • Attend all scheduled staff meetings, sales trainings, and brand development workshops.

Brand Ambassadorship

  • Serve as an exemplary Holbrook brand ambassador, upholding five-star luxury standards, maintaining proper ambiance, and embodying company values.
  • Adhere strictly to schedules and arrival times; consistent punctuality is essential to delivering the Holbrook Hospitality brand.
  • Maintain high standards of personal grooming, professional posture, and uniform guidelines (including name tag).


QUALIFICATIONS

· Age: At least 21 years of age or older.

· Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, membership distribution, hospitality concierge, or high-end spa/salon front desk operations.

· Technical Proficiency: Proficient with Windows OS, Mangomint (or comparable spa management software), basic CRM tools, and general office equipment.

· Flexibility: Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and off-site community promotional events as needed.

· Personal Wellness: Practices self-care and models a balanced, healthy lifestyle congruent with Holbrook’s wellness philosophy.

· Flexibility: Ability to work days, evenings and weekends as needs of the business dictate.
