What You'll Do (The Concierge Experience):

  • Welcome & Host: Greet clients with warmth and enthusiasm making them feel at home in our showroom. Which could include coordinating lunch or refreshments for our clients.
  • Listen & Observe: Help our designers pay close attention to our customers' preferences, words, and body language to anticipate their needs and learn who they are.
  • Personalize the Experience: Use the details you learn about clients to deliver a deeply personalized experience (e.g., remembering how they take their coffee, tracking their project milestones, or sending a thoughtful note before or after a project).
  • Maintain the Aesthetic: Ensure the showroom and front desk environment are always immaculate, welcoming, and reflective of our high standards.
