Patient Centered - Employee Centered - Client Centered

We are looking for a Clinical Technician (Aide) to work at our Wentzville Clinic. This is a part-time, positions with flexible hours. It is great for students getting their education in a medical related field.

This position will be responsible for maintaining clinic appearance and upkeep under direction of the Clinical Director. In addition, the clinical technician teams with others within the clinic to improve the patient/client experience in therapy and serves to provide exceptional customer service to our customers.

Essential Job Functions include:

  • Maintain and improve clinic appearance through regular completion of job duties, such as cleaning tables, cleaning equipment, assisting with laundry and maintaining supplies
  • Improve patient and client experience through concierge-like customer service
  • Facilitate and assist with patient interaction as directed by their supervising PT
  • Assist front office staff as needed with answering phones, greeting patients, scheduling patients.
  • Improve clinic upkeep by assisting PT with digital technology and EMR

Experience Required includes:

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Documented history of working with people in a service industry preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as a team member and make appropriate decisions
  • Demonstrated high level of initiative and reliability

Qualification Required include:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Some college experience in related healthcare field preferred
  • Prior experience working within a physical therapy setting is preferred
  • CPR certification preferred
  • Ability to move continuously throughout the day, including standing, walking, stooping, bending, squatting and lifting objects over 50 lbs. frequently
