Part-Time Concierge

Solstice Senior Living

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Part-Time Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to our guests, residents, or clients by assisting with inquiries, reservations, and general requests. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently while handling multiple tasks efficiently.

Hours: Every Other Weekend 1030am-7p and 1 day a week

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist guests or residents with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
Respond promptly to inquiries, providing information regarding services, facilities, and local attractions.
Manage reservations, including dining, transportation, and event bookings, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
Coordinate and facilitate special requests and personalized experiences as directed.
Maintain knowledge of local events, attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences.
Monitor availability and functionality of building amenities and services, reporting any issues to management.
Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism, working towards effective resolutions.
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized concierge area.
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:
