Job description

Overview

ELCO Chevrolet Cadillac is currently searching for a full-time Concierge Driver to work for our Cadillac Service department from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.  Located in Ballwin, MO, our Concierge Drivers are responsible for safely transporting customers to and from the dealership, delivering or picking up customer vehicles from their home or work location, and assisting with other duties as assigned.  This is a driving and customer service position, so a safe driving record and excellent customer service skills are required.

Responsibilities

The Concierge Driver is responsible for the following duties:

  • Greet and thank customers for their business with an outgoing and enthusiastic attitude
  • Transport customers to and from the dealership
  • Deliver or pick-up customer vehicles from their home or work location
  • Transport vehicles safely on the dealership lot
  • Maintain a reliable level of attendance
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
    • Must have a valid drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
    • No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 3 years (DUI/DWI).
    • Must be willing to take a pre-employment drug screening test.
    • Must be able to work Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.
    • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
    • Demonstrated excellent customer service skills.
