The Client Concierge at Robinson & Casey, PLLC, serves as the central point of connection for families navigating complex legal and behavioral health situations. This role ensures a seamless client experience from onboarding through case progression by coordinating communication between attorneys, paralegals, and clients, while providing empathetic, high-touch support. The Client Concierge reinforces the firm’s commitment to responsiveness, clarity, and compassion, helping families feel guided, informed, and supported at every stage of their legal journey


The Client Concierge is a non-attorney responsible for ongoing case coordination and communication with families, professional referents, and treatment facilities, ensuring consistent, high-quality service across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a welcoming and supportive experience from the first interaction.
  • Coordinate communication between attorneys, paralegals, and clients to maintain clarity and responsiveness throughout the legal process.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all necessary documentation and information are accurately gathered and communicated.
  • Provide empathetic support to families, guiding them through complex legal and behavioral health situations with compassion and understanding.
  • Monitor case progression and proactively address any issues or concerns, ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Collaborate with professional referents and treatment facilities to ensure consistent, high-quality service across all touchpoints.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and case updates, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in all documentation processes.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in client-facing roles, ideally within the legal or behavioral health sectors.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and empathetically, ensuring clients feel heard and supported.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate and confidential client records.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys, paralegals, and external partners.
