Who We Are

At Robinson & Casey, we believe that compassion and doing things the right way go hand in hand. We specialize in Behavioral Health Law — the Marchman Act and Guardianship — which means we walk alongside families in the hardest moments of their lives, guiding them down proven legal paths to lifesaving treatment for their loved ones.

We're not just in the business of law. We're in the business of helping families rebuild, recover, and move forward — through systems that work, processes we trust, and a team that shows up for every family we serve.

Our values — Honesty, Courage, Integrity, Empathy, Perseverance, and Service — guide everything we do.

Compensation:

$70,000 - $75,000

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience throughout their legal journey.
  • Coordinate communication between attorneys, paralegals, and clients to maintain clarity and responsiveness in all interactions.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they feel welcomed and informed from the start.
  • Monitor case progression and provide updates to clients, keeping them informed and engaged at every stage.
  • Collaborate with professional referents and treatment facilities to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism, reinforcing our commitment to compassionate service.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and case details to support efficient case management.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in client-facing roles, ideally within the legal or behavioral health sectors.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service with empathy and professionalism.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate clear and responsive interactions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys, paralegals, and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Proficiency in using case management software and maintaining organized, accurate records.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.

About Company

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation

  • A structured, growth-focused environment with clear expectations

  • Purpose-driven work

  • The opportunity to contribute to something meaningful and well-run

At Robinson & Casey, we believe there is a right way to serve families in crisis — through proven systems, clear roles, and consistent execution. We hire thoughtfully and with intention because the families who come to us cannot afford anything less.

We seek individuals who combine professional excellence with empathy and accountability — people who take ownership of their role, follow the processes we've built, welcome feedback, and look for ways to make good systems even better. Our hiring process is designed to ensure alignment on expectations, values, and long-term fit before someone joins the team. Above all, we look for people who care deeply about the families we serve and who understand that doing things the right way is how we save lives.
