Our agents are supported by an experienced leadership team, in-house marketing professionals, including photographers videographers, Client Concierge specialists, compliance support, transaction coordination, extensive training, and proven systems designed to help them build sustainable businesses.

We are looking for motivated, full-time real estate professionals who are ready to prospect, follow up consistently, learn our systems, and take advantage of the opportunities available at Echo.

What Echo Fine Properties Offers
  1. Lead opportunities: Access to Echo-generated opportunities, including a database of approximately 100,000 buyers and sellers available for agents to prospect through our lead pond.
  2. Zillow Preferred partnership: Qualified agents may have the opportunity to participate in our Zillow Preferred program, subject to production, training, responsiveness, and conversion requirements.
  3. Client Concierge support: Our in-house Client Concierge team communicates with potential clients, nurtures relationships, and helps create opportunities for our agents.
  4. Professional marketing: Dedicated in-house marketing support, custom property marketing, social media resources, digital advertising, and high-quality materials designed to help agents stand out.
  5. In-house photography: Two salaried professional photographers dedicated exclusively to Echo Fine Properties and our listings.
  6. Training and development: Structured onboarding through the Echo Academy and Launch Program, ongoing systems training, sales meetings, webinars, workshops, role-playing, and coaching.
  7. Compliance and transaction support: Guidance throughout the contract-to-close process, including compliance review, transaction coordination, and assistance with forms and paperwork.
  8. Proven technology: Access to Follow Up Boss, EchoDash, AppFiles, FlexMLS, HighNote, and other platforms that help agents manage leads, clients, marketing, and transactions.

What You’ll Do

As an Echo Fine Properties agent, you will be responsible for building and managing your business while delivering an exceptional experience to buyers and sellers.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Consistently following up with leads and prospective clients
  2. Prospecting Echo’s lead pond and developing new business opportunities
  3. Maintaining accurate notes, stages, tasks, and communication records in Follow Up Boss
  4. Conducting professional buyer consultations and listing presentations
  5. Helping buyers identify and tour properties that meet their needs
  6. Advising sellers on pricing, preparation, marketing, and negotiation strategies
  7. Hosting open houses and following up with attendees
  8. Building relationships with your sphere, past clients, and local community
  9. Preparing and managing contracts, disclosures, and transaction documents
  10. Working closely with Echo’s compliance and transaction support teams
  11. Developing strong knowledge of South Florida communities, inventory, and market conditions
  12. Participating in training, coaching, sales meetings, and professional-development opportunities
  13. Providing responsive, knowledgeable, and ethical service throughout every transaction

Qualifications

  6. Ability to work independently while participating in a team-oriented environment
  7. Commitment to completing Echo’s required onboarding and training program
Compensation

This is an independent contractor, commission-based sales opportunity. Actual earnings depend on individual production, activity, experience, lead conversion, and business development.

Estimated annual earnings: $40,000–$200,000+

Job type: Full-time, independent contractor

Compensation: Commission-based, with additional incentive opportunities when applicable

Schedule

Real estate requires flexibility based on client needs and may include:
