Marquis MD is a concierge medical practice built around relationships, not rushed appointments that meet quotas. We are redefining the doctor-patient relationship. Central to our care model are Concierge Care Coordinators who manage the patient journey through scheduling, membership services, communication, and more.
Position Overview
Our Concierge Care Coordinator acts as personal healthcare advocate to a defined group of member patients. From scheduling appointments, handling insurance matters, managing prescriptions, and coordinating specialist referrals, the Concierge Care Coordinator ensures that every aspect of a patient's healthcare journey is seamless and stress-free. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a service-focused, detail-driven environment where personalized care and precision intersect.
Core Responsibilities
Patient Experience and Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary contact for members, ensuring timely communication, responsiveness, and exceptional service at every touchpoint.
  • Coordinate appointments, referrals, and follow-ups to ensure continuity of care.
  • Anticipate patient needs, preferences, and expectations, delivering an experience that feels personalized and effortless.
  • Handle all interactions with professionalism, empathy, and discretion, maintaining complete confidentiality.
  • Represent the Marquis MD brand through polished communication, appearance, and demeanor.
Operational Coordination

  • Support membership renewals, onboarding, and engagement efforts across all tiers.
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and leadership teams to uphold the highest standards of care and service delivery.
Communication and Support
  • Serve as a trusted bridge between patients and providers, ensuring clarity, consistency, and empathy in every exchange.
  • Proactively follow up on patient inquiries, test results, and treatment plans.
  • Assist with patient education materials, care reminders, and personalized outreach.
