Job description

The Digital Concierge Specialist works in a team-oriented environment with advisors, client service associates, various product partners, and operations teams to deliver a seamless and integrated approach to the Private Banking client online experience.

The Digital Concierge Specialist is passionate, motivated, service-oriented individual, with strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Strong online, systems, communication and presentation skills are essential. Full training on JPMorgan Private Banking Digital Products will be provided.

Job responsibilities
  • Manage the digital engagement New Client Welcome Journey by coordinating outreach to advisors and clients, introducing the JPM Digital Offering, and promoting adoption of Digital Services.
  • Deliver a consistent, high-quality gifting experience for eligible new clients through end-to-end coordination, clear and auditable documentation for exceptions, and location-level inventory visibility to prevent service gaps.
  • Identify and pursue untapped digital opportunities in collaboration with Advisors and Client Service.
  • Assist clients with escalations, complex, and troubleshooting inquiries, including login challenges and navigation support across web, mobile, and tablet platforms.
  • Address operational, technology, and administrative inquiries related to JPMorgan Private Banking and Digital Products efficiently.
  • Provide actionable insights, and feedback to enhance digital offerings and client satisfaction.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Ability to fluently communicate (written and verbally) in Portuguese and Spanish.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services.
  • Strong proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Additional language skills are highly desirable.
  • Experience in online banking or client support is advantageous.
