Leveraging Liaison / Client Care Associate (Full Time)

Cape Cod Veterinary Specialists (CCVS) is growing, and the heart of that growth is an exceptional client experience. Client Care Associate (CCA)
The CCA is the first and last impression of CCVS. This role is client-focused and does not involve direct interaction with pets. Required Qualifications
  • Customer service experience
  • 2+ years in a veterinary hospital environment as a technician, liaison, or CSR (equivalent experience considered)
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to learn veterinary software
  • Basic math skills (deposits, payments, transaction accuracy)
  • Ability to balance priorities and stay calm in a busy environment
  • Clear, professional communication style
  • Friendly, engaged, and respectful with clients, referring DVMs, and teammates
ย
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of ezyVet and SmartFlow
  • Experience with CareCredit

  • Starting at $22/hr, which is commensurate with experience, schedule, and credentials
  • Uniform allowance provided (scrubs)
  • Team discounts on pet care
  • Paid Time Off and Holidays
  • Weekly grocery delivery for staff meals and snacks
  • On-site Veterinary Social Worker to support emotional wellness and resilience
ย
Why CCVS?
Youโ€™ll join a team that values compassion, communication, and collaborationโ€”where your work directly impacts the experience of clients, patients, and referring veterinarians. If you love being the calm, capable bridge between medicine and service, this role was made for you.
