We are hiring a Client Care Coordinator / Trainer who can answer yes to these questions. Client Care Coordinator Responsibilities:

a.       Conduct client introductions and train and support caregiver team members 

b.      Report to the Operations Manager to coordinate on training schedule and compliance

c.       Assist with covering shifts in the event of call-offs

d.      Assist with filling shifts

e.       Act as key caregiver when not conducting training

f.        Identify key areas of training and set up appropriate delivery systems for caregivers including caregiver orientation compliance with state regulations

g.      Conduct Quality Assessment at client sites and on the phone

h.      Act as ambassador on behalf of the organization

I.    Help to improve employee and client retention rates through active communication and problem-solving efforts

J.      Become a reliable point of contact for each care provider and client

K.      Innovate and create initiatives to enhance the company's reputation

L.   Providing exemplary customer service

M.  Communicating regularly with clients and their families

N.  Other duties as assigned

O.  Evaluate care notes and ensure training compliance amongst caregiver team

P.  Conduction recruiting, orientations, and help with employee managements and reviews

Client Care Coordinator Requirements:

  • Experience – Two years supervisory or management experience in a home care setting preferred; or Three years Training experience in a caregiving environment
  • Education – CNA with minimun of Associates Degree
  • Skills – Developing personal relationships, time management skills, exemplary communication skills
  • Characteristics – This is an autonomous position, so we’re looking for individuals that are self-motivated and willing to learn.
