Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including journal entries, AP/AR, cash tracking, and bank reconciliations; follow client/manager notes, complete assigned bookkeeping work, research basic issues, and help prepare financial reports with guidance
- Build strong client relationships by delivering responsive, high-quality service; promptly address questions and collaborate effectively with both clients and internal teams
- Keep client records well-organized; coordinate with team members to complete projects on time, manage workload within budget, and understand how tasks contribute to overall deliverables
- Take initiative in professional growth by pursuing learning opportunities, applying firm policies and accounting standards, and seeking challenging work to build skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with both clients and internal teams
- Basic understanding of GAAP and financial reporting concepts
- Familiar with accounting tools (e.g., QuickBooks) and comfortable using Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Bachelorโs degree in Accounting, Business, or equivalent experience, with knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
