Client Accounting Services (CAS) Supervisor - Tyler / Longview, Texas
Henry & Peters is seeking Client Accounting Services (CAS) Supervisors to support our Tyler and Longview offices. This role is for professionals who enjoy leading engagements, serving clients, and developing accounting teams while continuing their career progression.
Henry & Peters is a middle-market CPA firm with over 130 employees, serving clients in Tax, Audit & Assurance, and Client Accounting Services. We have offices in Tyler, Longview, and Frisco, with clients throughout the U.S. We value long-term relationships, professionalism, and meaningful community involvement.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
General
  • Supervise, train, and mentor staff and senior associates through review and feedback
  • Manage multiple engagements and deadlines efficiently
  • Communicate professionally with clients, managers, and engagement teams
  • Ensure work is performed in compliance with firm standards

CAS Specific
  • Manage CAS engagements and serve as primary client contact
  • Review financial statements, reconciliations, and reporting
  • Oversee payroll processing and compliance
  • Support QuickBooks implementation, software integration, and process improvements
  • Work directly with partners and managers to support client and tax needs

WHAT YOU BRING
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting
  • 4-7+ years of accounting or CAS experience
  • CPA preferred
  • Strong client service and supervisory skills
  • Advanced QuickBooks knowledge
