We're looking for an organized and experienced Sage PSA Project Manager to oversee the effective use and administration of Sage Professional Services Automation (PSA) across our projects and operations. This role will help ensure accurate project setup, resource management, time tracking, project financials, and reporting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working with project teams and accounting, and able to improve processes and system efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Project Management:
    • Manage project setup, budgets, schedules, resources, and project information within Sage PSA.
    • Monitor project progress, hours, costs, and profitability.
  • System Administration:
    • Maintain Sage PSA project, employee, client, and billing information.
    • Ensure system data is accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • Time & Cost Management:
    • Monitor employee time entries, project costs, expenses, and billing information.
    • Identify and resolve discrepancies affecting project reporting and financials.
  • Reporting & Support:
    • Generate project, financial, and utilization reports for management.
    • Provide training and support to employees using Sage PSA and assist with process improvements.

  • Proven experience with Sage PSA or similar professional services/project management software.
