We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Title Clerk to join our team! This role is responsible for accurately and promptly processing vehicle titles while ensuring compliance with DMV regulations in Texas and surrounding states.

Our ideal candidate has at least one year of experience as a Title Clerk in an automotive dealership and is proficient in automotive accounting systems such as Tekion and webDEALER. The candidate must be able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating strong communication, organizational, and administrative skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Process all registrations for new, retail, and leased vehicles
  • Handle payoffs and follow up with lienholders
  • Examine vehicle titles for accuracy and compliance with requirements
  • Verify, allocate, and post transactions into proper accounting journals
  • Review and clean TTL payoff schedules
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education preferred
  • Minimum of one year of experience as a Title Clerk in an automotive dealership
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Tekion and webDEALER preferred
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
