Job Description A global experiential marketing agency is seeking an Executive Producer to lead the planning and execution of large-scale, high-profile brand events. This role oversees complex, multi-workstream productions and serves as a key partner to senior client leadership and internal teams. The ideal candidate is a seasoned production leader with deep experience delivering high-impact events, managing large crews and budgets, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of large-scale experiential events and brand productions Manage complex, multi-workstream projects from concept through on-site execution Serve as the primary senior production lead for clients and internal teams Oversee project budgets, including cost tracking, purchase orders, margin management, and reconciliation Develop detailed production schedules, run-of-shows, and contingency plans Direct on-site event production including rehearsals, show days, and load-in/load-out Manage internal production teams, vendors, and large event crews Mentor and guide producers and junior production staff Collaborate with clients to ensure brand messaging and creative vision are executed effectively Identify opportunities to grow client relationships and support ongoing business development Qualifications 15+ years of experience in event production or experiential marketing Experience leading large-scale events and productions with complex logistics Strong client management experience within an agency environment Proven ability to manage large teams, vendors, and production crews Strong financial management experience including budgeting and cost control Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills Working knowledge of event production technologies and tools Proficiency with Microsoft Office and presentation tools; familiarity with creative software a plus Ability to manage multiple large projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Compensation & Schedule Full-time position Travel required for event production and on-site management Competitive salary and benefits package offered
