Job description

Job Description This is a general job posting for multiple open positions that Clarity Recruiting is currently working on. We work with a range of clients out of varying industries including marketing, advertising, and consulting firms, fashion & luxury goods, digital media, start-ups, and non-profits. Positions may be temporary (part-time or full-time), temp-to-perm, or direct-hire.

Salaries range based on experience and company. Responsibilities you should be comfortable with: Manage scheduling/calendaring for Partner, Operating Partner and VP's conference calls, meetings, meals, travel arrangements, and other logistics. Track ongoing executives' expenses and prepare expense reports Coordinate meetings, including but not limited to, catering, AV equipment, agendas, scheduling materials preparation Manage executives' professional and personal contact information.

Liaise with key external partners of executives, including greeting them for in-person meetings. Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion. Work cooperatively with the Executive Assistant team, in positive partnership to back up each other smoothly, as required from time to time.

Assist in the preparation of basic PowerPoint slide deck presentations. Skills and Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong telephone and email etiquette. Stellar time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once.

A large degree of comfort with and interest in technology. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PPT, Excel), Google Suite, Keynote, Zoom, and other office productivity tools (Photoshop a plus), with an aptitude to learn new software and systems. Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge.

Ability to work well under pressure, adapt to the unexpected, prioritize and multi-task in a deadline-driven environment. Proactive approach, with the ability to identify upcoming issues, plan ahead and propose solutions. Rates can range from $17-30/hr, depending on assignment and experience.
