Senior Litigation Specialist -Commercial Casualty to 140k base(DOE), incentives, ,benefits, remote work from homeA+ national specialty carrier is seeking an additional Senior Litigation Specialist to join their dedicated team of claims professionals. The Senior Litigation Specialist will be responsible for managing a caseload of nearly 100% litigated of companies’ most complex and severe business with claim values higher than $250K on the primary business. 7-10 years of claims handling and/or claims litigation, commercial casualty, excess & surplus lines claims a strong plus.

Degree preferred and strongly consider attorneys interested in handling a claims litigation desk. . Carrier background strongly preferred but can consider mix of tpa and carrier/ law firm defense work background.

This is a highly technical and complex role handling litigated national claims and must possess a strong and deep knowledge of claims coverage, process and compliance/regulatory claims issues.
