Full-time, on-site position, Monday through Friday | 8am - 4:30 | #LI-ONSITE

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine appropriate coverage and open claims accordingly.
  • Monitor claim activity through resolution and advocate for fair, timely outcomes.
  • Respond promptly to client and internal claims inquiries.
  • Manage high-priority claims and provide regular updates to clients and account teams.
  • Maintain loss runs, open claim reviews, and accurate claim documentation.
  • Communicate with carriers to resolve service issues and strengthen partnerships.
  • Support renewals by providing claims data and reporting.
  • Attend safety and loss control meetings and collaborate on client presentations.
Position Requirements
Position Requirements:
  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required.
  • CIC, claims designation, or willingness to obtain preferred.
  • 2+ years of commercial insurance and/or commercial claims experience (agency or carrier side).
  • 3+ years of customer service experience.
  • Knowledge of commercial insurance policies, coverage forms, and the claims process.
  • Ability to analyze commercial claims, data, and reports to identify trends and issues.
  • Maintain current knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Build and maintain strong carrier relationships.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across departments.
  • Strong customer service, organization, and attention to detail.

Pay Range
$25-$35 / hour
