Role Overview
Join our Revenue Technology Admin Team as a Systems Administrator focusing on post-contact analytics and revenue intelligence platforms. You'll oversee tools like Gong and NICE Nexidia-ensuring smooth operations, actionable insights, and meaningful collaboration across Sales, Support, Success, and Marketing. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about SaaS tools, process optimization, and cross-functional teamwork.
NOTE: Location: Temple Terrace, FL or Alpharetta, GA - Hybrid
Key Responsibilities
  • Administer Gong and NICE Nexidia platforms end-to-end
  • Manage user access, licenses, permissions, and roles
  • Oversee system integrations and troubleshoot API issues
  • Configure dashboards, call filters, trackers, and workflows
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align platform functionality with business objectives
  • Create scalable processes for scorecards, coaching workflows, and rep performance analytics
  • Utilize platform insights to support onboarding, training, and compliance
  • Maintain documentation and enforce governance best practices
  • Assist in tool evaluations, upgrades, migrations, and UAT activities
  • Define KPIs to measure platform impact and usage

Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years managing an app with 500+ active users
  • 2-4 years administering SaaS platforms in CX, Revenue Intelligence, or similar domains
  • Hands-on experience with Gong, NICE Nexidia, Observe.AI, Chorus, Verint, etc.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce), CCaaS platforms (CXone), and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
  • Experience with integrations between Gong/Nexidia and Salesforce
  • Knowledge of JIRA-based documentation and ticketing

Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Understanding of sentiment analysis, QA frameworks, and transcription tech
  • Exposure to call metadata tagging, voice traffic architecture, and AI/ML tools
  • Experience with low/no-code automation using Postman, Zapier, Workato
  • Familiarity with AWS Bedrock / Connect
  • Agile methodology experience (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Background in Network Engineering or Citrix environments

Education & Certifications
  • High School diploma
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or relevant experience
