You will be responsible for managing clients to ensure their insurance needs are met. Responsibilities
  • Foster strong relationships with our clients to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
  • Perform the essential duties of servicing a book of business, including new and renewal marketing and placement.
  • The ability to cultivate new business with both existing and new accounts is also a critical function of this position.
  • Be the connection between the company, clients/prospects and the multiple insurance carriers represented by the company.
  • Receive claim information from clients and render advice on filing claims with their insurance provider.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and communicate with clients in a responsive, professional manner.
Requirements
  • Active Property and Casualty license.
  • 2-3 Years Independent Agency Experience.
  • Designation Certification: CIC or CISR preferred,
  • Experience with Agency Management Systems: Hawksoft Carrier Rating System preferred.
  • Knowledge of computer software packages, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Zoom.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills.
