We're looking for aย Commercial Lines Account Manager who thrives on delivering exceptional service, building strong client relationships, and partnering with producers to help businesses protect what matters most.

What You'll Do
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for commercial insurance clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships through outstanding service and communication.
  • Prepare new business and renewal submissions, review coverage options, and present solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Partner closely with producers to support account growth and retention.
  • Analyze policies for accuracy and identify coverage opportunities that benefit clients.
  • Manage policy changes, certificates, endorsements, audits, claims support, and renewals.
  • Maintain detailed account records and ensure timely, accurate service.
  • Stay current on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends.
What You'll Bring
  • Missouri Property & Casualty License
  • 2+ years of commercial insurance account management experience
  • Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and agency management systems such as AMS360
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset and commitment to excellence
  • Insurance designations (CISR, CIC, CPCU, CLU, etc.) are a plus
