Job Summary
As an Executive Chef, you are responsible for overseeing all culinary functions at a roughly 400 bed hospital facility. This role provides leadership to culinary associates while ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation. You will manage daily operations and collaborate with culinary and marketing partners to support operational excellence and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage food cost controls and overall account expenditures

  • Culinary degree preferred
  • Three to five years of culinary management experience
  • High-volume production and catering experience required
  • Proven experience managing food costs and budgets
  • Strong desire to learn, grow, and advance with a top-tier foodservice company
