What is a chatbot?

A Chatbot job involves designing, developing, and maintaining AI-powered conversational agents that interact with users through text or voice. Professionals in this field work on training models, writing dialogue scripts, and improving chatbot performance using machine learning and natural language processing (NLP). They may collaborate with developers, UX designers, and data scientists to enhance user experience and ensure accurate, helpful responses.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in the chatbot position, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Chatbot Developer, you need strong programming skills (often in languages like Python or JavaScript) and an understanding of natural language processing (NLP) concepts.
