In this role, you will design and develop advanced AI-driven chatbot systems that enhance user engagement and automate communication processes. You will be responsible for the end-to-end architecture of these solutions, from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring they meet business needs and deliver exceptional user experiences.
Requirements
  • Design and implement AI-driven Solutions and chatbot solutions to improve customer interaction and automate business processes.
  • Develop architectural frameworks and set technical standards for chatbot development, including natural language processing (NLP), machine learning models, and backend integration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
  • Conduct continuous research on current and emerging technologies to find new tools and approaches for enhancing chatbot functionalities.
