Position Summary
Hive Group, a HUBZone-certified SDVOSB and multiple award-winning organization, delivers innovative solutions for complex, mission-critical federal programs. We are seeking an energetic, forward-thinking, and highly motivated Functional Analyst to join our team in supporting the TPO OCS Support Services. This role focuses on reviewing, analyzing, and documenting processes, requiring a comprehensive understanding of Operational Contract Support (OCS). The primary place of performance is CASCOM Headquarters, Adams Avenue, Fort Lee, VA 23801.
This position is contingent upon contract award and requires an Active Secret Clearance.
Position Description
  • Collect and Analyze Data: Review and document OCS observations, insights, and lessons learned (OILs), as well as best business practices from experimentation, simulations, exercises, assistance visits, training, and ongoing military operations.
  • Conduct Interviews: Coordinate and lead interviews with key leaders and staff members regarding operational insights and best practices.
  • Manage Surveys: Prepare, execute, and analyze targeted OCS surveys; provide results to the COR and OCS Division leadership.
  • Identify Trends: Evaluate OILs quarterly to identify trends and recommend potential DOTMLPF-P solutions to leadership.
  • Joint Community Collaboration: Review and identify OCS trends significant to the Joint community. Maintain and submit approved items to the Joint OCS Lessons Learned Manager via a linked JLLIS cabinet annually.
  • Collection Planning: Develop learning demands and essential elements of analysis to enable focused collection efforts.

Qualifications
  • Active Secret Security Clearance required.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a Functional Analyst role.
  • Minimum of three (3) years' experience using the Joint Lessons Learned System.
  • Minimum of six (6) years' experience using Microsoft Office, Office 365, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
  • Minimum of four (4) years' experience in data collection, analysis, and trend identification within military operations.
  • Proven understanding of Operational Contract Support (OCS) frameworks.
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated compensation range for this position is between $85,000 and $98,000 annually. Actual salary is determined by a variety of factors, including the candidate's specialized skills, certifications, and years of experience.
