THE WORK
System downtime scheduling for planned and unscheduled maintenance
Ensuring lab users comply with operating procedures, security standards and lab rules
o Maintain/update procedures, standards and rules
Coordination of lab installations, modifications, upgrades, and hardware tracking

Coordinate with facilities for upgrade requests and installations
o Initiating Facilities Service Requests (FSR)
o Coordinate outside contractors into classified spaces
o Insuring FSR completion
Assisting facilities with future lab planning and coordination of personnel and assets
Lab maintenance scheduling, coordination-troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance
Assign tickets (JIRA) to a Team's identified POC
