We are seeking a Lab Cleaning Technician to join our team. In this role, you will help support our mission by ensuring high-quality execution of daily responsibilities, maintaining accuracy, and contributing to a collaborative environment focused on patient care and continuous improvement.

Location: Swedesboro, NJ (Onsite)
Job Type: Full Time
Schedule: Multiple shifts available

Day Shifts
Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Monday-Thursday | 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Evening Shifts
Monday-Friday | 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM (Currently Available)

Extended Day Shifts
Thursday-Saturday | 8:00 AM - 8:30 PM

Saturday-Tuesday | 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Sunday-Wednesday | Sun 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM | Mon 8:00 AM - 8:30 PM | Tues 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM | Wed 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Shift availability may vary.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Clean and sanitize compounding equipment and machine parts
    Maintain cleanliness of lab workspaces and production areas
    Follow daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules
    Organize and store compounding equipment and supplies
    Monitor inventory of cleaning and lab materials
    Distribute equipment and supplies to compounding teams
    Ensure equipment is functioning and ready for production
    Report maintenance or servicing needs when identified
    Help maintain a safe, contamination-free lab environment
    Support pharmacy teams in maintaining quality and safety standards
