Essential Duties/Responsibilitiesย ย 

  • Perform routine quality control testing on aerosol dairy products, including physical, chemical, and microbiological analyses.ย 

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.ย 

  • Conduct sensory evaluations andย assistย in product development trials.ย 

  • Maintainย accurateย records of tests and results, generating reports asย required.ย ย 

  • Capable of carrying out daily operations of the laboratory, ensuring adherence toย establishedย protocols and procedures.ย ย 

  • Maintain adherences to safety regulations and best practices, promoting a culture of safety within the laboratory.ย ย 

  • Capable ofย determiningย exposure or potential impactsย toย our products quality and potential improvements with superiors.ย 

  • Demonstrates basic computer skillsย requiredย for the position โ€“ excel spreadsheet,ย wordย and basic abilities to read and manipulate drawings.ย

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and equipment malfunctions, reporting any needed repairs and maintenance withย appropriate personnel.ย 

  • Apply 80/20 principles to daily operation.ย 

  • Maintain data calibration of all quality control equipment and measurement devices.ย 

  • Stay up to date with advancements in laboratory techniques, technologies, and regulatory requirements, and adapt to new relevant improvements.ย 

  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory guidelines.ย 

  • Prepare andย maintainย reports, records, and documentation related to laboratory operations, experiments, and safety procedures.ย ย 

  • Perform daily/weekly data verification of laboratory binder books, qualityย paperworkย and production paperwork and able to call out any needed corrections prior to filing away.ย ย 

  • Capable of keeping up to date with daily retentionย and neededย requested samples of production runs that need to be grabbed.ย ย 

  • Capable of creating any needed Hold Tag upon request after the training.ย 

  • Capable of carrying out proper documentation of any destruction of goods when requested after training.ย 

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.ย 

  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork, open communication, and knowledge sharing among other peers.ย 

Qualificationsย 

  • Bilingual with Spanish and English preferred but notย required.ย 

  • Knowing and adhering to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)ย 

  • Demonstrated understandingย withย Laboratoryย data.ย 

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.ย 

  • Basic knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.ย 

  • Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact.ย 

  • Capable ofย lifting aroundย 30 pounds of weight.ย
