Job description

The Department of Health Sciences seeks adjunct instructors to teach undergraduate courses in Nutrition and related fields on an as-needed basis. Ideal candidates bring professional experience in their discipline and a commitment to supporting student growth through hands-on instruction, critique, and mentorship.

Qualifications:

  • Needs a master's in nutrition or related field (minimum 18 graduate hours in nutrition or related field)
  • Registered Dietitian preferred 
  • Church of Christ preferred
  • Some teaching experience preferred
Responsibilities:
  • Teach lecture and lab weekly on Tuesday/Thursday
  • Create a grocery list weekly
  • Ensure students follow lab cleaning procedures
  • Other duties as assigned
