Location: Washington, DC Metro (Hybrid). Hybrid role with 2-3 days onsite at client locations. Candidates within 25 miles of a DXC office are expected to be on-site two days per week.

Overview: The Senior PeopleSoft Administrator is responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of PeopleSoft environments in a secure, enterprise-grade setting. This role ensures high availability, performance, and compliance of PeopleSoft applications and infrastructure, supporting modernization initiatives and cloud migrations. Candidates must hold a DOD Secret Clearance and be a U.S. Citizen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain PeopleSoft environments (Development, Test, Production).

  • Apply PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) images and PeopleTools upgrades.

  • Monitor system performance and implement tuning strategies.

  • Manage user roles, permissions, and security compliance (including DOD standards).

  • Support integration via Integration Broker and automate environment refreshes.

  • Participate in migration to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure or Azure.

  • Develop and maintain backup and disaster recovery strategies.

  • Ensure compliance with federal security and audit requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

  • DOD Secret Clearance and U.S. Citizenship.

  • 8+ years of experience in PeopleSoft administration and environmental management.

  • Expertise in PeopleTools, Integration Broker, and PUM.

  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Database (versions 23ai and 26ai).

  • Proficiency in scripting (Shell, Python, or PowerShell) for automation.

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications in PeopleSoft Administration and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.

  • Experience with AI-driven enhancements and chatbot integrations.

  • Exposure to cloud security frameworks and compliance standards.
