Position Overview
We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer AI / Agentic AI Engineer with strong experience in Python, AI/ML, LLMs, Agentic AI, Data Analytics, and Business Intelligence. The role will focus on developing AI solutions while supporting data-driven reporting, dashboards, and business insights.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deploy AI/ML, LLM, chatbot, AI search, and Agentic AI solutions.
  • Build AI agents and intelligent workflows using Python, LangChain, LangGraph, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
  • Integrate AI solutions with APIs, databases, enterprise applications, and AWS.
  • Develop data pipelines and work with large volumes of data.
  • Create Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI dashboards and reports, including KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Develop RESTful services and backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Support automated testing, CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with Data Scientists, Product Managers, Business Analysts, and stakeholders.
  • Follow SDLC, DevSecOps, security, governance, and responsible AI practices.

Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of overall IT/software engineering experience.
  • 3+ years of production-level AI/ML or AI Engineering experience.
  • 3+ years of strong Python development experience.
  • Strong experience with LLMs, NLP, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and AI Agents.
  • Strong Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Reporting, and Data Visualization experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
  • Strong SQL, data modeling, ETL/ELT, and large-scale data processing experience.
  • Experience with AWS, preferably SageMaker and Aurora PostgreSQL.
  • Experience with LangChain/LangGraph, TensorFlow/PyTorch, or similar AI frameworks.
  • Experience with Java/Spring Boot, REST APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins/CI/CD.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience combining AI/ML with BI and analytics.
  • Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, Azure Data Factory, or similar data platforms.
  • Experience with MLOps, DataOps, predictive analytics, AI-powered reporting, or conversational analytics.
  • Experience measuring AI performance, adoption, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
