  • Design develop and deploy chatbots using the Genesys CloudCX platform to automate customer interactions across multiple channels
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements and design chatbot workflows that meet customer needs
  • Implement natural language processing NLP capabilities to enable conversational interactions and enhance user experience
  • Integrate chatbots with backend systems APIs and thirdparty services to provide seamless endtoend solutions
  • Continuously optimize chatbot performance and functionality based on user feedback and analytics insights
