Job description

Essential Functions: 

Marketing Planning & Campaign Management

  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of monthly and seasonal marketing campaigns and promotions across channels (paid media, CRM, web, in-store, etc.)

  • Support execution of marketing strategy into clear, actionable plans with defined deliverables, timelines, and ownership

  • Ensure alignment across marketing, merchandising, operations, finance and external partners

  • Drive consistency and discipline in campaign execution while enabling flexibility where needed

Cross-Functional Coordination & Integration

  • Act as the central integrator across marketing functions to ensure all components of a campaign work together effectively

  • Facilitate communication and coordination between internal teams and external agencies

  • Identify and resolve gaps, dependencies, and risks that could impact delivery or performance

  • Ensure that messaging, offers, and execution are aligned across channels and touchpoints

Project Management & Operational Excellence

  • Establish and manage workflows, timelines, and processes to improve marketing execution and efficiency

  • Lead regular status meetings, track progress, and hold teams accountable to deadlines and deliverables

  • Continuously improve marketing operations processes and ways of working

  • Balance multiple priorities and initiatives in a fast-paced environment

Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Partner with Marketing leadership and analytics to ensure campaigns are properly measured and performance is understood

  • Support post-campaign reviews to identify learnings and opportunities for improvement

  • Ensure insights are captured and applied to future planning and execution

Flexible Marketing Support 

  • Step in to support or lead specific marketing initiatives as needed based on team priorities and capacity

  • Contribute to tactical planning or channel execution when required

Education and Experience:

  • 6-10 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or integrated marketing roles

  • Experience managing complex, multi-channel marketing programs across internal teams and external partners

  • Background in retail, automotive services, or multi-location businesses preferred but not required

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to organize, prioritize, and drive execution across multiple initiatives. Project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, CSM, or PMI-ACP are a plus but not required.

  • Deep understanding of marketing disciplines and how they work together

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills

  • Comfortable working with creative, analytics, merchandising, operations, finance, IT and leadership teams

  • Ability to identify issues, solve problems, and keep work moving forward

  • Detail-oriented while maintaining a focus on broader business objectives

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a lean, evolving environment

  • An experienced marketing operator who brings judgment, perspective, and accountability
