The Channel Sales Manager - Industrial Disinfection is responsible for driving profitable growth of industrial disinfection technologies through channel partners including distributors, manufacturer's representatives, OEMs, and system integrators. The role owns channel strategy execution, partner performance, and opportunity conversion within assigned industrial markets and geographies.
Acts as the primary commercial interface between Xylem and channel partners, enabling technical, sales, and marketing capabilities to expand market share in industrial disinfection applications.
Role Scope:
  • Owns channel strategy and performance across a larger geography, multiple industrial verticals, or a developing market
  • Accountable for channel expansion, partner capability development, and market growth initiatives
  • Serves as a commercial and technical authority for industrial disinfection within the region

  • Define and execute regional channel strategy aligned to industrial growth objectives

The estimated salary range for this position is $110,000 to $130,000 plus bonus. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
